Nooks Avenge Sweep, Beat Drury 3-1

ANCHORAGE, AK - The Alaska Nanooks volleyball team made it clear that they do not take losing lightly Saturday afternoon. After being swept 3-0 by Drury Friday, the Nanooks beat those same Drury Panthers 3-1 (26-24, 25-23, 20-25, 25-19) Saturday.

Tereza Bendlova once again led the offense with 20 kills on 38 total attacks. She notched six kills in both the first and third sets.

Mandy Grierson ran the game with 39 assists. She added nine kills and two service aces to the offense.
