Cross Country Running:

2011 as a sophmore: Began the season at the Alaska Nanook Cross Country Invitational finishing the 8K with a time of 28:59.4 to finish 20th and the 4K in 14:01 to grab 17th place in September...Raced in the GNAC Pre-Regional finishing the 6K with a time of 29:07.55...Finished his sophmore campaign at the NCAA West Regional in November finishing the 10K with a time of 36:18.

2010 as a freshman: At the Alaska Nanook Cross Country Invitational in September, Ainsworth finished with a time of 31.13.9 for the Nanooks in the men's 8K; was recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.

Personal: From Juneau, Alaska; currently majoring in Wildlife Biology and Conservation
